No matter what you want in life, there is one simple truth If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( You can remove your email by clicking [unsubscribe](   Here's Today's Tip... What do you want? “Everything worthwhile is uphill. Sadly, many people have uphill hopes and downhill habits.” - John C. Maxwell No matter what you want in life, there is one simple truth that you have to accept: Everything worthwhile is uphill. There are no shortcuts, and there are no fast tracks. Virtually anything that has value and purpose requires work to attain it. You have to put in the effort to get what and where you want. Whether it’s a good marriage, a successful career, a healthier, better-looking body, you name it, you have to work at it. As John Maxwell says, “Nothing that is good in life comes easy. And very little that comes easy is good.” Put differently, anything and everything you desire in life, everything you would like to strive for, is uphill, meaning that the pursuit of it is often challenging, grueling, exhausting, strenuous, and difficult. No person who has climbed the mountain of success (in any domain) ever said, “I have no idea how I got to the top of this mountain. I just woke up one day, and here I was.” Any climb uphill must be deliberate, consistent, and willful. It must be intentional. And the climb also requires tremendous self-discipline, which is essential for a successful life. If everything worthwhile is uphill, that means you have to make the choice to go and get it. You have to put one foot in front of the other and take that hill one step at a time. You must grow and stretch yourself a little every day. What is that keeps you from climbing? What are your “downhill habits” that are weighing you down? What are your “downhill beliefs” that are holding you back? We ALL have them, and one of the most important steps in the powerfully rewarding uphill journey is recognizing what they are. And there’s a good chance you have more than one. That’s okay; that’s normal. The key is tackling them one at a time—not all at once, as that typically leads to feelings of frustration and overwhelm. Focus and work (really work) on one downhill habit or belief at a time, and each time you successfully uproot one, make sure you give yourself an uphill hope. After all, the uphill climb never stops. It’s not a matter of “when” you achieve a certain goal or “if” you just get that next shiny object. Every day is an opportunity to take climb a little further uphill, and as you get higher and higher, the view just keeps getting better and better.  Say Goodbye to daily fatigue... How does 73-year-old Dr. Steven Gundry outwork colleagues half his age? He says it's all thanks to an at-home "full body recharge" you can do right from your kitchen. Now, you might think frequently feeling tired is 'just part of getting older...' But Dr. Gundry, a world-renowned cardiologist, believes you can feel just as energetic as a 20-year-old with this simple DIY trick. Dr. Gundry says his discovery relies on a little-known food which is scientifically-backed to help "recharge" your body’s natural battery. And this technique is becoming popular with Americans in their 50s, 60s, and 70s — who are using it to feel more energetic than they have in DECADES. So, although Dr. Gundry's private Southern California practice has a months-long waitlist, he's put together an easy-to-follow short video explaining his energy restoring method — so you can try it for yourself at home. "Thanks to this trick, I can work 12 hour days and STILL have enough energy to go for hikes and play tennis with my wife," he says. "And if it can help folks get more out of life at any age, I’m happy to help!" Dr. Gundry’s video has gone viral since its release — with more than 1 million views. And so far, the response has been off the charts, with thousands of Americans feeling years — even decades — younger. One viewer says: "I really can’t believe it! I’m 63 and feel like I did in my 30s. I’ve even started dancing again. I’m doing things today I gave up on years ago."* [Click here to watch the presentation]( [Watch The Video]( When you watch this groundbreaking presentation, you’ll also find out: - How this energy trick also helped Dr. Gundry also lose 70lbs of fat (He’s thinner today than he was in his 40s!)…* - The simple trick athletes use to outperform the competition (and how you can use it to "fire up" your daily energy) - Which foods you should immediately CUT out of your diet. (Including a few so-called "health foods." - Plus, the shocking discovery by Danish scientists which shows how one energizing food you can find in any grocery store can even help you slim down. It is our core belief that you have the power to #changethatup when we’re stuck in rut. You can do this by using our powerful daily insights delivered to your inbox. We all grew up on the typical standard American diet. We followed the patterns and behaviors that we learned from everyone around us. When we all first started growing up and becoming adults, we started living a work life behind the desk. We got busy with life. We almost all fell out of any good habits that we had while growing up (this almost always happened unless you grew up in a home that taught good nutrition and healthy habits). As any adult in their 40s and 50s can relate, you feel a great amount of joy when you see your healthy habits create a life of freedom and happiness.  Through all the years of frustration, we eventually figured out that developing healthy habits requires surrounding yourself with positive influences that embody how you want to live. Here at Change That Up (with some help from our favorite health experts and practitioners along the way) we’ve developed a trusted newsletter that has helped thousands of men and women become better at living healthy, one positive change at a time. We give extra time and attention to break down big ideas into simplified, bite-sized insights for daily improvement.  With our daily email newsletter, you will become a much more confident, knowledgeable and healthy version of yourself. Our newsletter is packed with valuable insights and quality product recommendations for you. Our reader support team is also always at the ready to answer any questions you have about the emails we send out every day.
