Hey , Today I’m sharing a tip for organization, an inside look at what I do with my friends, and answers to your diet phasing questions. 1. FAVORITE FINDS OF THE WEEK: Have you ever seen anything as beautiful as these [hanging hooks on Amazon](? They are a dream come true for anyone who loves organization because they hold up to 60 leggings (or shorts, jeans, skirts, hats, ties, belts… whatever you want). By hanging pants vertically, they make brilliant use of your closet's space, allowing you to store more items in a compact area. What a fantastic addition to any wardrobe. 2. WHAT I’M WATCHING/LISTENING TO: This week, I took a break from my usual routine of audiobooks, reality TV, and N3tflix series to do something a little different. I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed with constant information, so I reached out to my girlfriends, many of whom are busy running their businesses and are far away. I asked them to send me voice notes, sharing everything happening in their lives, kinda like their own private podcast. I wanted the real deal – the emotions, the struggles, the joy – all of it. And let me tell you, it's been an absolutely delightful experience listening to these audio updates from my friends. It's a refreshing change and a reminder of the power of personal connection. 3. LET'S TALK ABOUT IT: I've been getting a lot of questions about diet phasing lately, and it's time to clear the air. First off, I'm not a fan of diets – I find them restrictive and unsustainable. But diet phasing? Now that's a different story. Diet phasing is all about adjusting your eating habits in phases to suit your body's needs, and it's something I deeply believe in. In my book, "The 131 Method," I initially introduced this concept, and in [today’s episode of The Chalene Show](=) I want to share with you why there's a part of that book I no longer stand behind. In recent years, I haven't talked much about my personal diet phasing journey, and I know many of you are curious. In this episode, I talk about how my diet phasing has changed, the approach I'm currently using, and why I've shifted my focus to helping perimenopausal and menopausal women. It's criminal how little and outdated information is out there for us during this crucial stage of our lives. So, tune in to the show for the full scoop on my updated diet phasing strategy and why I'm passionate about this new direction. I love you, I mean it, Chalene P.S. Exciting news, ladies!
