What’s up! So I had a “situation” happen last weekend. I was letting out the dog (at 12:30 a.m.) in front of our hotel when this very attractive young couple approached. Everything that happened next was SO BIZZARE! The whole interaction had all my alarm bells ringing. Something was off. So when the woman asked my name, I replied only with “CJ.” She then said several times, “My grandmother’s name is CJ! That name reminds me of my grandma.” I’m thinking, ‘No it’s not. But, okay weirdo.’ After sharing that story on Wednesday’s show, I got tons of messages from people who were certain these two were human traffickers and that I had narrowly escaped being sold into a sex ring. I shared those hypotheses at the top of today’s show (Friday). Human trafficking is no joke, but I can’t help but laugh thinking that these two scumbags decided not to kidnap me when they realized I was TOO OLD! It’s actually shocking how often these things happen, right under our noses! It is estimated that nearly 28 million people are victims of human trafficking, with 20% of those being young children. Sick. I recently listened to, “Please, Let Me Go” by Caitlin Spencer on Audible. Wow. Wow. Wow. It’s horrific, raw and eye opening. It is the very graphic true story of how a young girl was sex trafficked while living under the same roof as her completely unsuspecting parents. I gained so much insight, awareness and compassion from hearing her story. [I highly recommend the audible](). [image]() If you’re in the mood for something to make you giggle, I highly recommend “Girl Walks Into a Bar” by former SNL comedian Rachel Dratch. You’ll remember her playing the character “Debbie Downer.” And her reading her own memoir will have you spitting out your coffee! [image]() GETTING BACK ON TRACK! And in case you missed it, on Monday I did a show devoted to anyone who just needs a simple, doable, realistic plan to get your health back on track. It works for everything, from fitness and nutrition, to work and relationships. I not only broke down how habit stacking makes doing this so much easier to make permanent changes, but I gave you 36 specific habits to implement each month for the next year! These are the kind of habits that don’t require willpower or discipline. This is how you can improve your health - permanently. Be sure to [listen to the full podcast]( for the blueprint and my invitation to get healthy with a group of fellow Lifers and myself. It’s a private Facebook Group for everyone wanting in on the action, and you’re invited. ([Click here to join](=)!). I’d love to have you do this with me and the several hundred people who are using this group for support and accountability! YOUR FEEDBACK MAKES A DIFFERENCE! We added a way for you to schedule things on the half hour, more check boxes for busy to-do lists and more! We also have two versions! One has a health tracker (see below) and now we have one with no health tracker but tons of extra pages so you can use it as a day planner and a notebook!
