Purim begins Wednesday evening, March 16, and continues through Thursday, March 17. [View Online Version]( [Chabad.org]( ב"ה [Purim]( begins Wednesday evening, March 16, and continues through Thursday, March 17. Dear Friend, Who doesn’t love [Purim]( [Costumes]( [feasts]( [edible gifts]( and [levity](. What’s there not to love? As recounted in the Scroll of Esther (which we read on Purim eve and again the following day), the Jews of Persia were under dire threat of extermination, saved by a [divinely orchestrated]( combination of serendipity, bravery, and faith. The [extreme joy of Purim]( came after some extremely challenging times. [Joy]( born from [rock-solid trust]( in G-d, is the master key that unlocks all heavenly portals of blessings and salvation. As we celebrate Purim, let us also rejoice for [our brothers and sisters in Ukraine]( many of whom may be too scared to venture out to celebrate as a community, as well as those who will be marking Purim [in refugee camps]( or in [unfamiliar surroundings]( far from home. Join us as we pray that—like our ancestors in Persia—the world experiences a turnaround so drastic, so breathtakingly absolute, only G-d could have arranged it!
