These boycotts, which started thanks to Rosa Parks' bravery for refusing to give up her seat on a city bus, ignited the fire for the Civil Rights Movement. That's why Rep. Terri Sewell and 31 other members of the CBC have joined forces to memorialize December 1st as Rosa Parks Day. But if GOP leaders have their way, they'll whitewash and dilute the significant contributions from leaders like Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. [That's why we need your signature.
