The tragic shooting

Earlier this week, the subway shooting in Sunset Park left 23 people injured. That’s 23 too many. I am deeply disturbed and upset over this tragedy. No New Yorker should feel unsafe while commuting to work or coming home, and I’m determined to continue to fight for common sense gun laws in Congress. Our nation is in the midst of a gun epidemic that has taken too many loved ones and I’ve had enough.
