Grateful for your support. Dear {NAME}, As many New Yorkers celebrate over this long weekend, the campaign also has much to celebrate from last week, so we wanted to give you an update: - Last Thursday we held a community event at one of my favorite bars (shoutout to d.b.a.for being the best hosts!) bringing together nearly 100 supporters. Suffice to say, it was a blast ;) - Ahead of the filing deadline, we set and reached an ambitious fundraising goal—and so much of that was thanks to you. - Adding to our long list of endorsements from community leaders and elected officials, [City Council Member Erik Bottcher announced his support]( for the campaign. Erik and I have worked together a ton over the years to support our communities and make progress on issues that hit close to home for us both, so his endorsement certainly means a lot! … and there’s plenty more where that came from! As you can see, it’s your energy and activism driving our campaign forward, and I want you to know that your support and confidence in me and in this team inspires me every single day. Whether we’re out in the field talking to voters together or marching with our communities in a parade, I’m so proud to have you by my side. That said, we’re always looking for more volunteers! People power is without question what’s going to win this campaign. Will you sign up to volunteer with Team Carlina? [Sign up to Volunteer]( Thank you — always. See you out there!
