But one dry season turned into another… and another… and another. “We ran out of water and pasture. It was sad seeing all our livestock dying right in front of our eyes. So she made a mother’s choice. She left “so that my children can have a better life.” While nine months pregnant, Amina walked over 60 miles with her six children in the blistering heat.
