Nov 18, 2023 The [Charity Series of Poker]( will be hosting [Folding for the Families]( at the West Palm Beach Kennel Club on Nov. 19 in West Palm Beach, Florida. The event will benefit the Folded Flag Foundation, and the presenting sponsors are the Bar Poker Open and Palm Beach Kennel Club. The Folded Flag Foundation is a 501©(3) organization that provides educational scholarships and support grants to the spouses and children of the U.S. military and government personnel who died as a result of hostile action or in an accident related to U.S. combat operations. The $150 buy-in charity poker tournament begins at 5:00 p.m. Players will begin with 10,000 in starting chips, and rebuys and add-ons are available for $50 until registration closes at 7:30 pm. The top prize in the tournament is $5,000, and there will also be many final table and silent auction prizes available, as well as a 50/50 raffle. A cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres will take place before the tournament, and doors open at 3:30 p.m. for that portion of the event. Anyone is welcome to attend the cocktail hour and silent auction for $75 without participating in the tournament. Attire for all of the evening’s events is business casual.
