But it can also bring a little bit of anxiety and pressure when it comes to New Year’s Resolutions. We know it can be difficult to commit to things and then to follow through on them. We’re in the same boat as you! Here’s how we set our goals and see them through—hopefully it’ll help you too.] [1. Choose Specific Goals “Lose weight” is a good goal. But you know what’s better? “Lose 20 lbs.” Be specific! It’ll be easier to see if you’re actually getting closer to or reaching your goal. Things like “Run X miles per week”, “Cut out processed foods”, or “Play guitar twice a week/go on one hike a month/[insert thing that you love with number or time frame]” are specific and measurable.] [The World Is Yours ]( [2. Create a Plan Put an action plan into place. What steps do you actually need to take to get to the end result? Split it up into smaller goals—it’ll be easier to tick things off as you go and see your progress! We highly recommend creating a physical plan and ticking things off as you achieve them.] [Trust the Process ]( [3. Reward Yourself It helps if you set yourself a small reward for each achievement while you’re planning. If you already know what your reward will be when you reach the next milestone, you’ll be more motivated! ] [Rise & Grind ]( [4. If You Fall… Get Back On Track Messing up happens! Don’t beat yourself up, but get up and keep pushing forward. Just because you messed up yesterday, it doesn’t mean your goal is ruined. Every day is a new day to take a step closer. ] [Don’t Quit]( [5. Surround Yourself With Motivation! Nothing is more motivating than having an inspirational quote somewhere that you can see it on a daily basis. Choose something that resonates with you and use it as a mantra. Remember, what you think about, you bring about, so choose something that inspires you to think positively!] [The Sky Is Not the Limit ]( [View our most inspiration collection here to find your own positive daily affirmation!] [SHOP FOR MOTIVATION]( [Do you have a unique quote that motivates you more than anything else? Create your own custom neon sign to remind and inspire you every day!] [CREATE CUSTOM ARTWORK]( No longer want to receive these emails? [Unsubscribe](.
