But there are a group of team members who have continuously been there, supporting others and contributing to the core code - Introducing the CakePHP Core team! This month, we find out a little bit more about Larry Masters, Mark Story and José Lorenzo Rodríguez. Larry Masters is the Co-Founder of the CakePHP project, first released in May 2005, and has contributed as a lead developer and advisor ever since. Mark has been the framework's lead developer since late 2009. Besides our lead developer, Mark is also a dad, MtG nerd, and moonlight Illustrator. José has been contributing to the CakePHP framework since 2009, and has been the lead on the CakePHP 3 ORM development.
