Luckily, there’s an easy way to keep those quick-cooling foods warm while you finish up the rest of a meal—put your food on a warm plate. You can warm plates in your microwave for a minute or two, or in your oven at 150°F for 10-15 minutes (or at its lowest temperature, if your oven doesn’t go that low).
