If you donât have a bottle of Braggâs in your cupboard right now, youâve probably seen it at the store. Itâs one of the most popular brands for raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the âmother.â The mother not only powers the vinegar-making process, but it also contains the same gut-friendly bacteria found in kombucha and other fermented foods, which are often touted as beneficial for gut health and digestion. In addition to your insides, apple cider vinegar can benefit the outside of your body too. CLEANING Remove Stains From Plastic Cutting Boards [Before and after photos of removing cutting board stains.]( Removing unsightly stains from white cutting boards is easy once you know this secret. Even if you're confident your plastic cutting boards are clean, it can be hard to ignore those lingering food stains. I tried everything I could think of to get rid of a stain on one of my own white cutting boards, but none of my go-to solutions made much of a difference. Eventually, I found something that did work: lemon juice and sunshine. Lemon juice contains psoralen, a compound sensitive to light, and by combining it with the natural bleaching effects of sunlight, you can effectively bleach away stains with little scrubbing. Be sure to do this on a sunny dayâdirect sunlight is key! Here's how to do it: Squeeze half a lemon onto your stained cutting board, then use the lemon peel to spread the juice to cover the stain. Take the cutting board outside and set it somewhere sunny to sit for several hours. Bring your cutting board back inside and wash it with soapy water, and the stain should be either totally gone or nearly so! While the majority of scammers are content to take your money, more enterprising scammers may try to enlist your help in getting money from others. Having a âmoney muleâ helps scammers keep a low profile and avoid unwanted attention and scrutiny. To recruit mules, scammers often pose as employers looking to hire a "money processing agent" or something along those lines. After âhiringâ the victim, they'll have them set up an account in their own name to receive payments, then distribute funds to other accounts as instructed. Mules usually receive a commission for each transfer. Unfortunately, some money mules never realize they're working for criminals or that theyâre doing anything wrong. Other mules do eventually figure it out, but continue moving the money because they're making good money or are fearful of retribution. Money mules can face criminal charges either way, so it's better to avoid getting into that position in the first place. The two main takeaways are to never use an account in your name for work purposes, and be wary of jobs that revolve around receiving or sending money. MONDAY MOTIVATION Dreams Donât Have An Expiration Date We often associate age with wisdom and youth with possibility, as if youth is inherently unwise and age is always limited. But as someone who didn't find my true calling until I was nearly 50, I know ambition isn't reserved for young people, and that it's never too late to go after your dreams. Many admirable people didn't find their callings or achieve great things until later in life. Julia Child didnât learn to cook until she was nearly 40. Morgan Freeman was in his 50s when he had his big Hollywood breakthrough with Driving Miss Daisy. Laura Ingalls Wilder wrote the Little House books in her 60s and 70s. If youâre still chasing a dream or figuring out who you want to beâwhether youâre 30, 50, or even 70âthatâs okay. Dreams donât have an expiration date or an age limit. And if you've had a dream for a long time that doesn't appeal to you now like it used to, thatâs okay too. Give yourself permission to let go of what no longer motivates you. Youâre not beholden to the past, so start seeking out what fuels the person you are today. You can always find reasons why you can't or shouldn't go after what you want, so stop looking for them and open yourself up to possibility instead. Your dreams are waiting.
