For something so essential to our health, good sleep can be surprisingly hard to come by. But this week's download (and the 7 helpful tips that come along with it) can help you solve your sleep struggles and get some much needed rest. Jillee THIS WEEK’S DIGITAL DOWNLOAD Not Sleeping Well? 7 Tips For Getting Better Sleep [Photos of Jillee wearing pajamas and using her printable sleep tracker.]( Whether you’re lacking in quantity, quality, or both, these 7 tips can help you get better sleep. I’m no stranger to sleep problems, so it should come as no surprise that I’ve written more than a few blog posts about the importance of getting good sleep. How much we sleep and how well we sleep can both affect our ability to function, and I frequently find myself struggling in one area or the other. But I know I’m not the only one—the CDC has even gone so far as to label insufficient sleep a public health epidemic. Note that they didn’t call it a “public tiredness epidemic,” because insufficient sleep can also wreak havoc on your physical health, mood, weight, sex life, and more. But on the bright side, most sleep problems are fixable, and today I have 7 simple tips to share with you that can help. Whether you aren’t getting enough sleep or keep waking up exhausted, these tips can help you navigate the problem and get the rest you need. This week’s free digital download goes along with the first tip in the list: “Start Keeping Track.” Much in the same way keeping track of your spending can help you solve your financial woes, keeping track of how much sleep you’re getting can help you determine where there’s room for improvement. I put together a printable sleep tracker that you can download and print with enough spaces to track a whole month of sleep activity. To download the sleep tracker and check out my 7 tips for better sleep, follow the link below. And like most Instant Pot users, I also started picking up various “tricks of the trade” that made the Instant Pot easier to use, quicker to clean, and more versatile as a small kitchen appliance. Discovering some of them on my own inspired me to seek out more tips and tricks from Instant Pot users, and I found plenty of them. When all was said and done, I ended up with a list of 11 brilliant Instant Pot hacks that can save the operator (i.e. you and me) a lot of time and effort.
