Wash Your Face. You can use a damp microfiber cloth with or without a cleanser to remove your makeup and clean your skin. When it comes to washing your workout clothes, the sooner you clean them, the better off you’ll be. This is particularly true of bras and underwear, because they sit against your skin and absorb more moisture than your other clothes. The longer you wait to wash them, the more bacterial growth can occur and create unpleasant odors. And since you’re already jumping in the shower after your workout, the simplest solution is to take your sports bra in there with you.
