At every single one of our events, Republican voters are showing up to defend public schools from Greg Gianforte’s dangerous defunding and privatization push. Unfortunately, the well-being of our children isn’t one of Greg Gianforte’s priorities — so much so that it’s apparent to Democrats, Republicans, and Independents alike. He’s made it clear that he’s ready to sacrifice Montana kids’ futures to give tax breaks to big corporations and leave public schools high and dry. Luckily, we have an opportunity to change that this November. After we give Gianforte the boot, we’re going to make sure Montana students and teachers have all the resources they need to succeed — but I need your help to make it happen. [Can you chip in $25 or $10 to our Montana Movement today to give our children the quality education they deserve?]( [CHIP IN TODAY]( Now, let’s be clear: we didn’t just stumble upon massive teacher shortages and budget shortfalls in our public schools — Gianforte’s disastrous property tax hike bears ultimate responsibility. If Montana citizens weren’t stretched so thin trying to keep the lights on with this new tax bill every month, countless bonds and levies elections wouldn’t have been defeated at the ballot box earlier this year. And our students would be afforded what they are guaranteed in our Montana constitution — a QUALITY public education. One with qualified and resourced teachers, opportunities to explore technology in the classroom, and safety measures to protect them in the face of danger. Billionaires like Greg Gianforte will never understand what our public schools need to succeed — even when our Montana Constitution specifically mandates equal opportunity to public education. Until we get rid of Greedy Greg, the future of the Last Best Place is in peril. Period. That’s why it’s so important we make our message heard in every corner of the state — and that starts with you. But he also saw how unchecked extremism could take away American freedoms and even jeopardize our democracy. Ryan sees the same thing happening to Montana: wealthy extremist Greg Gianforte bought his seat with his own millions, and now he’s raising our taxes in order to give tax breaks to corporations, making Montana unaffordable, defunding our public schools, locking up our public lands, hijacking our freedoms, and rigging the system for the rich. Ryan chose Raph Graybill as his running mate because no Montanan has done more to protect constitutional rights and freedoms from Greg Gianforte. Since Gianforte became governor, Raph has blocked more than a dozen different unconstitutional laws that invaded Montanans’ constitutional rights.
