I’m not going to chase tech stocks

I’m not going to chase tech stocks                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 February 22, 2024 There is ONE stock I am watching right now 👀 I’m not going to chase tech stocks *Sponsored by Shore Thing Media, see disclosures below La Rosa Holding (NASDAQ: LRHC) is a High-Growth Idea That Needs To Be On Your Screen NOW! Wow! The market woke up today and chose VIOLENCE … against the short sellers, that is! If you were at my live chat room session yesterday, you heard me say that the market was going to rally no matter what after NVDA earnings were behind us. I really didn’t think we would see a move this big, though. It looks like it is time to put our “rally hats” back on! 🧢 As a trader, I can tell you this is not going to be an easy day to “chase” all of those tech stocks that are making huge moves in the pre-market. Do you really think they are going to move much more today? Instead, I think I will have better luck with smaller stocks. In fact, I am certain of it. There is one single idea that is square in my sights 👀 today precisely because it is NOT an over-hyped tech stock. Rather, it is an overlooked, high-growth stock that is trading at a level I simply can’t resist right now. Normally, I want to attack breakout moves and hope for a further move up. Not today. I think the big moves are already done. I want to find stocks that have shown they can make big moves in the past and have all the catalysts to do it again. For me, that stock right now is La Rosa Holdings (NASDAQ: LRHC). I really suggest you pull up that stock ticker right away and start looking at it yourself. I expect LRHC to be one of the biggest plays on Wall Street today. I am not joking.  Here is where the stock is trading right now. It is barely ticking higher in pre-market activity… I want you to come back and look at where it is by lunchtime. That’s right… Watch this stock all morning long and see what the market does today. I am certain that as investors uncover the value proposition behind this name, they will see the same thing I do. When that happens, well, there is no telling where the market will take it. Now, I am not saying anything is ever a guarantee when it comes to trading, and you know I always tell people to only risk what they can afford to lose and have a solid trading plan in place before they ever even consider making a trade. But when you see the growth story with LRHC, and then look at where the stock is trading right now… I don’t have any doubt about where this is headed. I mean, go look at the price chart for yourself. At the end of January, I saw this stock make a move from $1.40 to $1.90 in just a couple of days. That was a 35% return for early investors. The month before that, LRHC made a move from $1.60 to $2.40 in a single day.  That was a 50% move higher. Right now, the stock is trading at even lower levels. I think the potential is even bigger than previously right this minute. Look, QQQ is up nearly $10 today already. NVDA is up $90. SMCI is up $80. Do you really think that those stocks are going to make big moves higher today from these levels? I think you’re crazy if you say “yes” to that. Personally, I want to find stocks that aren’t on the top gainer list yet… but could be if things go well. Small-cap stocks continue to be on fire 🔥 when the market gets behind them. Even when the market was in the toilet yesterday, look at how many smaller names made a jump of 10% or more…. There is no feeling like catching a move like this before it happens. And it has been happening a lot lately. Just go back and look at some of my latest email alerts.  In the last few weeks, you have had the chance to see stocks move from 30% even 50% before anyone else knew about them. I would be shocked if LRHC isn’t on that list today as well. I can never predict the future, and of course, I can’t promise you anything when it comes to trading, but I have been doing this for a long time, and I know when I see all the catalysts coming together. ✅ I am seeing everything I want with LRHC today ✅ You really need to take the time to look at this today and decide for yourself if you agree. I feel that this is time-sensitive, so go do your homework right now. While I love the price chart and the set up right now, it is important to look into what the company actually does. This is where the story gets really interesting… La Rosa Holdings (NASDAQ: LRHC) is a real estate company based on a fascinating, employee-centric model. Frankly, I didn’t know anything like this existed. You probably know about the typical 3% realtor commission when a property sells… What you may not know is that the brokerage house typically takes between 20-40% of that commission, with the remainder going to the agent who actually sold the property. Instead of giving its agents a “percentage of a percentage,” LRHC’s innovative model is to give its agents 100% commission on residential properties. The only catch is agents pay $75 monthly dues and small, one-time transaction fees of up to $495. Consider a $350,000 sale. With the typical brokerage house, the agent would keep only $7,350 from the $10,500 commission, with the broker getting $3,150. With LRHC, the agent keeps the entire $10,500. Even factoring in the maximum transaction fee and an entire year of dues, the agent comes out way ahead. In addition, LRHC provides its agents with proprietary technology, training, their own personalized website, and on-going coaching support. It’s no wonder the Orlando Sentinel [awarded]( LRHC first-place in the large-company category for Top Workplaces 2022. In fiscal 2023, LRHC had 2,410 agents and 37 offices across six states and Puerto Rico. Even in that terrible real estate year, little old LRHC had 7,500 total transactions for a total volume of $2.7 billion. And judging by the [news section]( on the company website, LRHC seems bent on growing those numbers dramatically. Some recent headlines: - 1/18/2024 - “La Rosa Opens Office in the Tampa Bay Area” - 1/4/2024 - “La Rosa Acquires Sixth Real Estate Brokerage Franchisee with Revenue of $4.3 Million and Positive Cash Flow in 2022” - 12/27/2023 - “La Rosa Acquires Fifth Real Estate Brokerage Franchisee with Revenue of $3.6 Million and Positive Net Income in 2022” From the investor’s side, the LRHC [touts]( its “history of profitability, excluding non-recurring IPO expenses through 2021.” For more on LRHC’s business model, I recommend [this interview]( with company CEO Joe La Rosa. Again, make sure to have a solid trading plan in place if this is something you want to trade. Honor your profit and stop loss parameters. Never risk more than you can comfortably afford to lose when it comes to any trade you make, and of course, you can’t expect past moves to repeat in the future. That said, LRHC really is a gem that many people are looking at right now.  Make sure you take a close look at LRHC right away. To Your Success, Jeff Bishop *Sponsored content/paid advertisement.
