And those IWM puts for the win!

And those IWM puts for the win!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 February 01, 2024 | [Read Online]( Calling out Powell 🔮 And those IWM puts for the win!  [Grind It]( (extended) 🥊I [Operation February]( 🥷 *Sponsored by Bay Area Times Tired of reading newsletters with 1,000+ words? Bay Area Times is a visual-based newsletter on business and tech, with 300,000 subscribers. [Click here to sign up for free.]( What a wild day we had yesterday! Those Fed announcement days are always a tough one to trade. I really prefer to sit on the sidelines most of the time and wait until the market gets a cooler head the following day. If you are in my [Alpha Hunter service](, you saw me call out Powell BEFORE the Fed meeting in my morning email to members, including these statements: 👉 I still think that Powell is going to stand firm on “higher for longer” when it comes to rates, and we should not expect to see any rate cuts anytime soon. 👉 I think that is a negative for tech stocks, especially the smaller stocks in the IWM index.  I still think IWM remains a top short idea you should consider. For my members who caught those IWM puts… boy did they have an amazing day! And despite the common belief that I have a crystal ball 🔮 when it comes to the Markets, what I DO have is 30+ years of studying the Market and 20+ years of trading experience… along with the gray beard hairs to prove it! And yes TSLA has added a few gray hairs to the beard! When it comes to teaching others, to put my money where my mouth is, I launched a pretty ambitious guarantee last July – to make $120,000 in trading profits this year using options selling strategies in Alpha Hunter. If you have never shared all of your thoughts and actual real money trades with thousands of people live every day – let me tell you, it can be difficult! I am really happy with the results, and especially what I have heard as feedback from members though. I think this may be the best trading education service in the world (I know I am biased, but I truly do believe that!) [You can read all about it on THIS PAGE.]( People thought this was insane (maybe I did too a little bit)… And I do remember at one point doubting myself back in September… But I’m proud to report 7 months down, and I’ve locked in around $80,000 in trading profits so far – outpacing my already insane goal. And folks, I’m NOT trading million-dollar positions here. My average trade size is modest – around $3500. Today starts the new month on my $10,000 Mission. In honor of that, I’m hosting a complimentary “Lunch with Jeff” Session tomorrow [(Friday) @12:30pm EST in the MM Room (join here)](.   So mark that on your calendar and be sure to come hear my plan of attack for February! In the meantime, [get yourself on my Alpha Hunter daily email list]( for all my trading positions and watchlists.  Let’s get after it together! Jeff Bishop P.S. By popular demand, Jason Bond’s extended his Small Account Journey sale until Midnight PST tonight → he’s been on FIRE lately.
