I gotta admit, I shared a really good trade plan this morning with Alpha Hunter members. If you were watching the market near the open, it was ripping higher… but I knew better. I knew all of those “blind lemmings” who were buying up shares for no reason were walking into a trap. While they were buying… I was shorting the market. And it paid me handsomely in just a couple of hours. My members and I were laughing all the way to the bank 🏦. Poor lemmings…🍋 (no emoji YET for lemmings!)... Here’s an excerpt from [my morning Alpha Hunter email](, in case you missed it: This morning, we had the big economic news item for the week, which is the CPI (inflation) report. Things came in just a little hot, and that is cooling off the markets right now. We saw so many traders piling into positions over the last two days in anticipation that this was going to be a “free lunch” and carry the market even higher. Nope. The market doesn’t hand out many free lunches. There is always a risk when you buy, and I think we will see those blind buyers searching for an exit today. I fully expect all bounces to be sold into.  Be careful out there today. Maybe even try to profit from everyone else panic selling? Right after the market opened, I sent out a note telling them how I was using an option selling technique to bet against the market. Then, just a few minutes later, the market started to roll over, and I quickly locked in my 40% profit. That’s when I sent this alert out to everyone… Note: Trading is hard, results not guaranteed and should not be expected to be replicated typically. As a cherry on top 🍒, I also took another trade where (gasp) I didn’t even trade options. Yes, I know it is a shocker, but sometimes I think it makes more sense to just buy a stock instead of options. My favorite trade is SQQQ when I think the markets are headed lower. So, I quickly loaded up on that trade and then profited as the lemmings realized the party was over.  That helped me bank an additional $3200 on the day*. *Note: Trading is hard, results not guaranteed and should not be expected to be replicated typically. Thanks again, lemming. I hope we can play this game again soon! And if you’re NOT yet in Alpha Hunter and NOT getting my morning market insights , you need to DO something about that.
