An Update from BudsGunShop.com... We are seeing a LOT of false comments online based on peoples' ass

An Update from BudsGunShop.com... [Buds Gun Shop]( [Buds Gun Shop]( [Shop Guns]( [Shop Ammo]( [My Account]( [Buds Warehouse Tour 2020]( We are seeing a LOT of false comments online based on peoples' assumptions of what is really going on during this pandemic. We completely understand that many are forced to assume right now based on our inability to communicate with hundreds of thousands of customers all at once. However, in an effort to replace assumption with facts, and anxiety with confidence, our company President, Rex McClanahan, pulled out his cell phone yesterday and made this short 6 minute [video tour]( of the inside of our warehouse. [Buds Warehouse Tour 2020]( Yes, we are very behind on shipping. Yes, we are completely overwhelmed with customer calls and messages. However, orders are being received, processed, and shipped every day. We are not closed and have no plans to close at the present time. Due to our current volume and inability to communicate with the <5% of customers who actually have an order issue... we are temporarily adjusting our order cancellation and refund process as follows: Any customer order of multiple items that cannot be filled in its entirety will receive a partial refund for the missing items and the balance of the order will proceed to ship. If a single item order, and particularly firearms or ammunition, cannot be filled we will either cancel and refund the entire order amount or attempt to contact the customer if there is the availability of an equivalent item they may prefer to cancelling their order. For example, if you placed an order for a 50rd box of American Eagle 9mm FMJ that has gone out of stock... we may offer you 50rds of Legend of 9mm FMJ at the same price or less. However, in the event a replacement is available, it will always be the customer's choice whether to receive a refund or a satisfactory replacement. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
