[Click Here to View The Latest Recipes Online]() Hello everyone! I hope your Monday is going well! Here is what was new on Budget Bytes last week: [Beef and Cabbage Soup](=) = Yesterday may have technically been the first day of Spring, but when I took my dog out last night before we went to bed, I looked up to see that it was SNOWING. Yeah, so I’m still over here making hot soup because I’ve got a chill that I can’t seem to shake. I decided to make a Beef and Cabbage Soup this week because I’m taking advantage of post-St. Patrick’s Day cabbage sales and I’ve kind of been craving red meat lately. I love combining beef and cabbage because it has this awesome ability to fill you up without weighing you down. This soup is filling, but still surprisingly light, similar to my [Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry](=).. It’s just two recipes, but totally delicious and with tons of flavor (and fiber, lol). I made a video for my [Pork and Peanut Dragon Noodles]( this week, so I decided to make that the base for my weekly meal prep, and I paired it with my [Roasted Broccoli Salad with Almonds and Simple Sesame Dressing](. This Pork and Peanut Dragon Noodle Meal Prep is one that I will definitely be looking forward to eating allll four days of the week. ☺️[[Read More](] --------------------------------------------------------------- Recently Updated: [Vinaigrette Slaw with Feta]( There is a constant war going on between my brain and my stomach. My brain likes things that my stomach doesn’t, and when I eat it anyway, my stomach throws a fit. Raw cabbage is one of those items. But, when my friend Jenni messaged me this recipe last night for a quick Vinaigrette Slaw with Feta, I said, “screw you, stomach, I’m eating the raw cabbage whether you like it or not!”[[Read More](] --------------------------------------------------------------- New Video: [Peanut Dragon Noodle Video]( Don’t you just love how I post a pasta recipe immediately after the blog post where I say I’m trying to break my addiction to pasta? 😂 We’re all human. Anyway, This week I threw a spin on my classic [Dragon Noodle]() recipe by adding ground pork and chopped peanuts, using a chunky chili garlic sauce in place of the sriracha, and using some good ramen noodles that I got at the international market. This recipe is ridiculously easy and soooo rich and delicious. Sweet, salty, sticky, crunchy, and all the noooooodles! These Pork and Peanut Dragon Noodles are like comfort food x 100. You’ll never go back to take out. Ever. [[Read More](] --------------------------------------------------------------- Until next time!
