No action required: Bubble is informing you of a new processor we are using. [View in your browser]( [Bubble Logo]( Hello Bubbler, Per our [Terms]( and [Data Processing Amendment]( we are writing to inform you about a new processor, [Fivetran]( that the Bubble platform will soon begin to use, making Fivetran a sub-processor to you and your app. Fivetran supplements our data infrastructure: we are intending to use this data pipeline tool to sync our email data into our data warehouse. Since emails written to the Bubble team occasionally contain end-user information from apps, we are providing you notice of this change. On a separate note, the team at Bubble is improving its product development and general business capabilities, which involves using new tools to gather user insights or help optimize parts of our business. User insights tools could include surveying tools (e.g. UserLeap) as well as editor session activity tracking tools (e.g. Fullstory). General business tools could include ones to help us with our revenue collection. We wanted to let you know that when implementing these tools, we aim to do so in a way that blocks out data from the end-users of an app, as the goal is to help us interact with our users, not with our users’ users! There is no action required on your part to agree to this new sub-processor or to receive any Bubble platform improvements when they are ready to roll out. If you object to this new sub-processor, then you won't be able to continue using Bubble and we'll have to part ways. Don't hesitate to reach out by answering this email. Thanks for reading this, and for being a Bubble user! Cheers, The Bubble Team [Website]( [Twitter]( [Facebook]( [Medium]( [Email](mailto:support@bubble.io) You're getting this email because you're building an app with Bubble.
