Season 2 of our podcast is out and Glennon Doyle is our first guest! She's here to teach you how to break *all* the rules. [View this email in your browser]( I'm having a major fan girl moment. Earlier this year, all of my girlfriends started raving about a book called [Untamed]( by mega author, Glennon Doyle. I hadn't read it, but knew of it by it's colorful, sparkly cover all over my Instagram feed. After the 1000th friend gabbed about it, I finally cracked and got the book. Y'all. This book CHANGED MY LIFE. This woman was speaking magic to me. She spoke about how we grow up learning to be "good girls" and how instead we need to stop pleasing and start living. (Guilty.) She explains how we grow up as women that do whatever we can to fulfill the world's expectations of us, rather than doing whatever we can to pursue the things that *actually* make us happy. (Double guilty.) It goes on and on, but trust me when I say that this book is likely to hit a chord with you. So naturally, I asked Glennon if she'd come teach us even more. She agreed (!) and thus, I'm excited to announce that she's our opening guest on [Season 2 of Teach Me Something New]( -- out today! Listen and learn as she offers food for thought on what happens if we dare to unleash our authentic desires into the world. PS: We are giving away signed copies of Untamed over on Instagram! [Stay tuned to our feed.]( [Listen Now]( Meet Kalu Gebreyohannes and J'Maica Roxanne, [the bold founders of Blk Girls Green House](. Their form of activism and purpose is about joy, design, conscious shopping, economic stability in a time of great uncertainty — it's about feeling GOOD. Their motto? "It's a beautiful time to grow." Feeling... lost? And in pain, feeling grief, general existential crisis? [Artist + writer Ruthie Lindsey feels all those things and more]( -- and her mission and purpose in life is to make sure that everyone knows that they are worthy, deserving and capable of healing. It's all about coming home to yourself. As the world's storytellers, many artists feel that they have a responsibility to move society forward. [Illustrator and activist Grace Owen]( believes that wholeheartedly and at just 21 years old is doing her darnedest to make the world a more just, fair and equal place. I'm not sure I've ever laughed as much in my life as I did with Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, our very first guests on the podcast. In their first-ever interview together (for real!), [they taught us how to use acting skills for everyday life.]( Feel like anxiety and productivity are constantly at odds? You're not alone. That's why we chatted with organizational psychologist, Wharton professor, bestselling author, and chart-topping podcaster [Adam Grant to learn about managing productivity amidst anxiety and uncertainty](. Chef, best-selling author, tv personality, host of one our fave podcasts 'Mom Brain', and low key beauty guru, [Daphne Oz sat down to teach us A LOT of parenting hacks]( how to get rid of mom guilt, tips for keeping the romance alive and more. [Queen of 30-minute meals Rachael Ray schools Brit and Anj on home cooking]( — from how to stockpile your freezer to handling picky kids, you’ll definitely learn something new! [Brit + Co Classes]( 💥 PS: I'm hosting a FREE bootcamp next week! 💥 You guys might have heard about [Selfmade]( our new 10-week interactive startup school for female entrepreneurs.
