Mark Your Calendars With Our Final 2023 Events Our most recent [2023 Alumni Gatherings]( took us to Georgia for a gathering at [Caffeine and Octane]( then to Wisconsin for a gathering at the [Iola Car Show](. We have two more Alumni Gatherings planned for this year. Registration is currently open for our [August 19 Alumni Gathering]( at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca where we'll be giving away [free sets of Michelin or BFGoodrich tires]( to up to four attendees with cars on display in the BaT area. [SEE EVENT CALENDAR]( Charity and Scholarship Opportunities on BaT: Hunziker Shirts, SEMA Education, Overcrest Rally Did you know we have a [Charity Auctions category]( that shows everything ever listed for charity on BaT? We are honored to be able to give back to the BaT Community through these auctions and other charity partnerships. One of those partnerships is a special run of T-shirts currently in the [BaT Gear Store]( based on [six original paintings by automotive artist Nicolas Hunziker]( that sold in a charity auction in May. These pre-shrunk cotton shirts are finished in the USA and feature screen-printed artwork depicting the [Lancia Delta Integrale Evo II]( [Datsun 240Z]( [Chevrolet K5 Blazer]( [1967 Porsche 911S]( [BMW E30 M3]( and [1970 Ford Mustang BOSS 302](. The profits from each shirt will be donated to [Drive Toward a Cure]( a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises funds and awareness to support those with Parkinson’s Disease, benefitting research while emphasizing patient care. We’re also proud to [partner with SEMA Education]( each year to auction a collection of 4x4s modified by students in their High School Vehicle Build Program. This year we sold a [2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara]( a [1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara]( and a [1996 Toyota 4Runner Limited]( modified by students. Proceeds from the auctions will be used to fund the current builds and future SEMA Education initiatives. Finally, we want to help spread the word about the [Eric Augustyn Free Ride Scholarship]( offered by our friends and partners at [Overcrest Productions](. The recipient will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the Overcrest Rally, in which they will drive a car built specifically for the event by [Leichtbauwerks]( Overcrest, and [Stanceworks](. The car will be auctioned on BaT after the rally, with all proceeds going to the [43 Institute]( in memory of Ken Block.
