2024 Events, partner giveaways, BaT podcasts, and a Feature Roundup. Stay up-to-date with BaT News and Updates. Hi {NAME}, The BaT team is hitting spring full steam ahead—we've got plenty more events and other surprises planned for the rest of the year. Here's what's new at BaT. Join Us at a 2024 BaT Event We already have two events under our belt in 2024: our [very first Meet-Up]( at Fourtillfour Cafe in Encinitas, California, was a casual affair jam-packed with BaT alumni cars and other exciting vehicles for our local BaT community to get a look at, and our [first Alumni Gathering of 2024]( was a hit at the new Avant-Garde Collection/911r facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our second BaT Moto event, in conjunction with the 14th annual [The Quail Motorcycle Gathering]( in Carmel Carmel, California, takes place at the The Quail Lodge and Golf Club on May 4 from 10am-4pm. If you’d like to bring a classic, unusual, or otherwise compelling bike to display with us, please [click here]( to fill out the interest form. Stay tuned for announcements of more 2024 events. In the meantime, relive last year’s BaT event season by watching the 2023 Alumni Gathering highlight reel below. Come out and see us in 2024! [[ratio]  ]( Pennzoil and Michelin/BFGoodrich Giveaways for the BaT Community Did you know that [our partners]( Pennzoil and Michelin/BFGoodrich are giving away awesome monthly prizes on BaT? Every month, [High Fives]( covers the full 5% BaT buyer's fee for a purchase that reflects Pennzoil's [Long May We Drive]( mantra. This month, a rare and special [1964 Jensen C-V8]( took home the prize. We're looking forward to seeing this car back on the road, not least because we've never seen one on the road in the first place! A big thank you to our [partners at Pennzoil]( for their generosity and for continuing Pennzoil High Fives in 2024. Michelin USA has also renewed their tire giveaway program this year. We identify four candidates each month, all no-reserve vehicles wearing older or mixed generic rubber, and the BaT community votes on which one gets a new set of Michelin or BFGoodrich tires. The [year began with a tie]( between a [1982 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia 1.6L Diesel 4-Speed]( an [Ex-Tom Hanks 1975 Fiat 128 Project]( two very different but equally cool vehicles. In March, [the community awarded]( this time capsule [1981 Honda Prelude]( a new set of tires that will certainly help keep it on the road for many more years to come. Thanks again to [Michelin USA]( and to everyone in the BaT community who steps up to vouch for your fellow gearheads by voting for your favorite.
