I know this has been a TOUGH YEAR. I've heard so many stories of trial and triumph, and honestly it's all sounded so much more intense than usual. And that's just why I want to say THANK YOU for being here, for being SO dedicated to your personal growth and success. It's why I'm excited to see so many of you at my upcoming event, my [first public seminar in 2.5 years](! As a coach, I hear so many people, every single week, give up in some way. But if you're in my community, you're still doing the work, and I love and admire that. THANK you for caring about your personal development. I wish more people did. So my gratitude is with you this holiday. Thank you... For doing the hard work of expanding your self-awareness and self-mastery. For developing yourself and stretching to be a role model (when so many don't engage or care anymore). For showing up day after day to get better, to improve your life, to lead, to architect a better future for you and your family and communities. In the weeks ahead, I plan on getting better and better for you too. I'm doubling-down on improving GrowthDay for you. I'm also working on a new book for you, coming out next summer. Your support of High Performance Habits, The Motivation Manifesto, Life's Golden Ticket and more... you know it means the world to a writer! I'm grateful I get to write every day and your support makes it possible. I'm doubling-down on improving my industry too. Bc we really need more people with the ability to help others improve their lives right now. That's why I'm starting a brand [new event just for coaches](. New and up-and-coming ife coaches, wellness coaches, executive coaches, coaches within organizations... anyone interested in [mastering the art and business of coaching](. I'm also bringing new teachers into GrowthDay, advising tons of companies that are helping with mental health and self-improvement, trying to unite the industry in adding even more value during these difficult times. Companies around the world are starting to get GrowthDay for their employees and its so exciting to see people realize the power of self-improvement again. For 16 years, it's every day for you. I just won't stop. I'm not good at anything else anyway haha. I love thinking of you, writing for you, teaching for you, posting for you, coaching so many of you. I'm grateful you've supported my books, videos, social media, courses, live broadcasts, and GrowthDay. This daily service for you has been the great honor of my life. It's so fun and fulfilling, and I'm so grateful that [I jumped into this career]( all those years ago. I feel like the luckiest guy in the industry and I just wanted to say THANK YOU. I know it's hard to keep a positive mindset right now. It's hard to keep believing and building the future you desire. But... No matter what you're dealing with now, trust that you're stronger than you think and the future holds good things for you. Be grateful for what you do have, for what you have in front of you, for the power you have within to change and contribute and grow, for your loved ones and teams and those who have your back.
