My personal newsletter 4/24 Â Â Â My Personal Newsletter: 4/24 Â {NAME} - I feel sort of stunned

My personal newsletter 4/24  [Brendon pic](   My Personal Newsletter: 4/24  {NAME} - I feel sort of stunned by all the changes in my life lately. Don't worry - it's all GOOD things. J ust a LOT. Ever feel that way? Since this is my personal newsletter (separate from my GrowthDay newsletter), I thought I'd capture all the crazy changes in life. Sundays begin for me with reviewing my habits and [journaling in my GrowthDay app](. I also visit the [Plan section]( and set all my goals, reminders and deadlines for the upcoming month. Today, it REALLY HIT ME just how much is in motion right now... ... there's been a LOT going on in the last few months. Denise and I moved this year, to northern California. Man, moving is hard. I'm about to launch a new website, a new blog, another podcast. I'm building a new podcast network. I hit the road again, for the first time in 2 years, visiting my employees in multiple cities. (We're hiring like crazy still. [See jobs](. About to post COO position, VP Marketing, and Dir of Sales positions in next few weeks too -- looking for folks who've spent years growing software companies). I'm writing my next book. I'm setting up a new video studio. Next month, I'm certifying hundreds of new [Certified High Performance Coaches](. This summer, I'm keynoting arenas again (that's 15,000 to 30,000 people per stadium). I'll also host my 30k Marketing Mastermind in-person for the first time in 2 years. Denise and I will go on vacation abroad for the first time in a long while. And I'm gonna visit family and friends. It's just BUSY. But you know what...  I absolutely LOVE it!  I love pushing myself. I love seeing you out there on the road. I love building my team. I love creating content. I love traveling and writing and coaching and teaching and doing my thing. I love this life. This doesn't mean I don't get overwhelmed sometimes. (Ok, often). It doesn't mean life isn't without stress and conflict. (I recently did a 90-minute training on how I handle conflict in GrowthDay. Members can [watch replay here](). What all this REQUIRES, though, is a real discipline of focus, mental resets and productivity. I have to say NO to a million things. I have to wake up, run my morning routine, journal on my mindset, look at my Plan, stay focused, reset my energy throughout the day. Most importantly, it requires me to "raise necessity" (habit three in [High Performance Habits]() and to manage my own energy and emotions. When I struggle with the stress, I do my [Release Meditation](. When I lose focus, I open up my Plan in GrowthDay. When I get frustrated, I focus on my breathwork and often workout or go for a walk. When I'm down, I call friends. When I'm confused, I talk with mentors. When I'm losing energy, I do an energy reset. (Talked about that in [this The Brendon Show episode](). It's just daily diligence. It's what I often say now: The necessity of making self-improvement a WAY OF LIFE. Not once in a while. Daily baby, daily. No matter what your goals are, no matter what you're dealing with, please keep personal development a priority. The mindset, habits and practices of self-improvement are what can carry you through and break you through to the next level. So keep studying. Keep practicing. Keep going. As always on this journey, I'm right here thinking of you. We're all striving for an extraordinary life. Don't let the down days, bad days, hurtful days, rought days steal your vision for your future. Have vision beyond your circumstances. As I was journaling today, I realized this is my twenty-first year writing, coaching and teaching. I LOVE IT, and I appreciate you and this opportunity to serve on a Sunday. 🙌🏼 Cheering you on. Your coach, -Brendon Founder, GrowthDay Ps. Next month, I'm certifying the world's best life coaches. Want to become one? Deadline approaching. [Register here asap](.   [Calling All Life Coaches!](   Most Popular Podcast Episodes this Week! [Positive Projection]( [Turn Challenge into Growth]( [Workout: Manage Energy!](  Listen on [Apple](, [Spotify](, [Google]( or Alexa.   Hey - you're awesome. I love creating training for you. Hit reply if you need anything, we always have your back. Of course, you can [unsubscribe](, just please be careful, bc that means I can't deliver your emails anymore, even for things you asked/paid for, as all our services are tied to your email address.
