my goal list and productivity secrets  [Brendon pic]( {NAME} - What were you big goals from this last week? How'd you do? My goals were: - Setup my new video studio - Review all the new updates and campaigns we're building at GrowthDay - Interview some new team candidates ([we're hiring]() - Record my Daily Fires earlier. (Daily Fire is a life-coaching motivational audio that I upload every day into GrowthDay app. It's like me coaching you every day. It takes a lot of time every day, so I'm trying to do it earlier) - Close a major podcast deal I've been working on - Finish 10 more pages of my next book - Take Saturday off with Denise - Send 4 newsletters out - Workout every other day - Deliver excellent coaching sessions to my clients - Help my Mastermind kickoff the month strong - Spend 30 minutes per day on strategy (big big things coming for GrowthDay in Q3/4) - Finish all calls 5 minutes early to give more breaks - Outline all this month's content This is in addition to delivering the rest of my output and meetings that have been scheduled for months. People always ask, "How do you do it all?" Well, I do these 4 things:  1. I use [GrowthDay app]( for all my to-dos and plans. There's an entire Plan section where I capture my goals and then - importantly - set deadlines and reminders. My Plan reminders popup in the app and help me remember to stay on track. 2. I use the [High Performance Planner](. Yes, I still like to write it all out by hand. Yes, most of my schedule is in Google Calendar, and my to-dos/goals are in GrowthDay. But, I like to write it down in the planner. I find that by writing it out on paper, even just copying it from the calendar, I tend to generate more ideas and enter my tasks more intentionally. I also often *cancel* some things bc when I write them down I think, "Why am I doing that!?" 3. I follow the high-performance habits and score myself on them in GrowthDay app every Friday. (I wrote about these in High Performance Habits). If you're in GrowthDay, I've unlocked a $300 course on this topic [for you here](. 4. I give myself a LOT of GRACE. I'm often a hot mess. I have good hours and bad. But I never speak to myself poorly -- I don't use negative self-talk. I let myself feel the emotions, I reset my focus a lot, I talk out my problems with friends or team, and I let a bad day go without ruminating on it for another day. I just don't stew on problems; I stay solution-focused and when I get stuck I talk it out, exercise it out, or do a release meditation. By keeping myself rested and in good emotional states, day after day, month after month, it just all compounds and makes it look like I get more done than the average bear. Whatever your goals this next week, I hope you aim high. Don't let uncertainty or negativity crush your future. Lift your head from the stress, look further out, remember you can architect the future you desire. There's more possibilities out there in the distance... keep hope, keep faith, keep going.
