I'm changing a lot this year...  [Brendon pic](  New episodes, all about change...  {NAME} - I've noticed that the last few weeks of [The Brendon Show Podcast]( are really resonating. The themes are all about personal change in this new year: reinventing your life, dealing with stress, being nicer to yourself, overcoming procrastination, and building better habits. I hope you're still listening. I'll do a better job at sending out links and summaries this year. It's one of my new year goals. There's a lot going on in my life right now, too. Sometimes, it feels like a total change. I'm continuing to build [GrowthDay]( as my sole focus, but I'm also moving cities (I'll do an episode on this next week, so be sure to [subscribe](!); hiring like crazy (see [job openings](); setting up a new studio; writing my 7th book; guiding all the companies I advise; getting ready to drop TWO new podcasts; mentoring people in my industry; and trying to keep all the trains running at work and home. It reminds me of the idea that you could completely reinvent your life in a single year if you chose to do the work. That's not always required, but sometimes, life demands major transitions, upgrades, shifts or growth! "Reinvention" has been the theme of all the live training at GrowthDay this month. I'll be LIVE this Wednesday for GrowthDay Pro members to share my best strategies. Motivational speaker Mel Robbins and wellness expert Jonathan Fields will also be on. Join us by [signing up for Pro](. People often ask how I balance it all. A big part is having clear intentions (listen to how to [develop intention episode here]().
