coaching vs. marketing?  {NAME} I've been overwhelmed and thrilled by the feedback on my "learn life coaching" livecasts. You can [watch the training here](, until tomorrow: "[Learn Life Coaching](" HOT TAKE: I think the coaching industry really veered off course the last few years. Whether you want to be a life coach, or a coach others on any topic like leadership, wellness, parenting, communication, business, etc... The industry sort of got sucked into MARKETING versus COACHING. The marketers all swooped in and taught you to be a CREATOR versus a COACH. Many marketers teaching coaching have never even coached - they just got taught to market to this "niche" because it's full of hard workers who invest in themselves and love learning. So, we've got new coaches being fooled into doing 100 pieces of content but not actually building their coaching program and talking to real clients. So they're busy, but not making the difference they wanted. Probably why the feedback on my livecasts was so incredible:  I've coached for 20 years now, so I'm incredibly passionate about this industry and career. And the real opportunity you have to change people's lives. You can watch the 9-hrs of replays, or you can [*own them*]( - because I'm just giving them as a bonus when people buy my new course, [Building Your Coaching Business](. Yes, I want coaches to get clients, do better marketing, earn more. I teach that. But too many forgot the real art of coaching - building great curriculum and programming that actually changes lives. Learning the skill of coaching conversations and influence. So I have a huge portion of the course dedicated to the real work that attracted us all to this in the first place. To make a diffference. To feel the impact. To have real conversations of change and growth with people. [Learn how here.]( It's the great joy of my career as a writer, coach and trainer to help mentor others in these fields. If you've wanted to coach, come learn my [20 years of distinctions](. These were up over the weekend so today is last chance to watch! - Brendon   [Gone tomorrow: Last chance for replays!](    Hey - you're awesome. I love creating training for you.
