Quite simply, Don Kelbick’s Attack & Counter Camps will do this for you... 1 - Dramatically improve your confidence, aggressiveness, and mentality… even if you’re a timid player. 2 - Accelerate your improvement in shooting, basketball moves, dribbling, footwork, and attacking game situations. This is due to Don’s unique teaching methods that simplify & speeds up the learning process. Don Kelbick has trained Olympic gold medalists, NBA All Stars, NBA Champions, NBA All-Defensive players, and NBA 3-point shooting leaders. At the Attack & Counter Camps, Coach Kelbick will show you the same tips, drills, and skills that he uses with professional players. 13 of 16 Camps Sold Out Last Year! Also last year, 13 of 16 Attack and Counter camps sold out. Many of you experienced the frustration of not being able to get into the camp due to many sessions being sold out months before the camp. We strictly limit these camps to 5 kids per basket to ensure a high number of repetitions and proper spacing. So if you are serious about attending these camps, be sure to check out the 2017 schedule below and register ASAP. [View Camp Schedule]( And check out what people are saying about the camps! Some High Praise For Don Kelbick’s Attack & Counter Camps Coach Kelbick's camp was "phenomenal" and it will not be forgotten! I've attended a multitude of camps ("5-Star"); clinics (NIKE) and "colleges" (Point Guard College) over the past 7 years... Coach Kelbick's "Attack & Counter" Skill Development Camp was absolutely awesome! There's a saying that I always remember: "Be phenomenal...or...be forgotten!" Well, from my perspective as a head coach for girls' high school varsity basketball and for girls' AAU basketball for the past 7 years....Coach Kelbick's camp was "phenomenal" and it will not be forgotten! I've attended a multitude of camps ("5-Star"); clinics (NIKE) and "colleges" (Point Guard College) over the past 7 years as part of my quest for acquiring additional basketball knowledge and challenging myself to become the best coach that I can be and I can say without any hesitation that Coach Kelbick's camp was just as good, just as valuable and a priceless learning opportunity for me as a head coach and especially for my two high school/AAU players that I brought with me to participate in this camp. My high opinion of Coach Kelbick and his coaching/teaching methods were also shared by the other coaches and parents of players who were at this camp. Coach Kelbick's coaching/teaching philosophy mirrors mine as well as we both are more concerned about the "process" (teaching the fundamentals in "incremental" and not"monumental" steps) rather than just focusing on the "outcome" first. If the "process" is done correctly, the "outcome" will usually take care of itself with positive results. Coach Kelbick's message to the players about not "fearing to fail" in finding new ways ("learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable") to become better (the "camp mantra") was well received by the players as you could see actual improvement in the players after only three days of challenging themselves to come out of their "comfort zones" to become better players. As the Hall of Fame college coaching legend, John Wooden, once said: "The only person who never made a mistake also never did anything." Coach Kelbick's coaching/teaching philosophy; his instructions on the court; his "life lesson" messages to the players (and the coaches) and the "return on investment" for the players (for their time & effort) and for their parents (for the cost of the camp) earns a "5 Basketball's" (highest) rating from me and from my two players who were both "all in" for this camp. Coach Dan Slain Girls Varsity Basketball Coach-Riverview High School (Oakmont, PA) Girls 11th Grade Coach for Metro USA AAU (Pittsburgh, PA) "Absolutely The Best Camp Ever!" I loved that the focus and goals were clearly defined and implemented throughout the 3 days. I loved coach Don! His philosophy and tactics of footwork and getting better and being comfortable with being uncomfortable were great. My daughter learned so much at this camp. Absolutely the best camp ever! My daughter learned a lot not only about basketball but also life at this camp. She learned how to practice in game situations, not only working on footwork, but also ball handling and shooting, and lots of conditioning! I am looking for more Don Kelbick camps and Breakthrough Basketball! [View Camp Schedule]( More Reviews From Past Attack & Counter Camps "Money Well Spent-Perfect For Any Skills Level" The chair drills, the repetition, and the amount of shooting the kids got to do was just excellent! Don was great at instructing and motivating. It was money well spent. The participants got so much shooting in which my daughter loved. Also the focus on footwork was very helpful. The ball handling drills were also new and different. I really like how no matter what level you were at it didn't matter because the way the camp was set up focused on individual improvement not team situations. Brenda Bradford -Parent attended the Denver Camp "Attended Multiple Attack & Counter Camps-Don's Philosophy" I love Don's philosophy when it comes to this game. I like that he addresses confidence and that he pushes for kids to overlook the mistakes and challenge themselves so they can get better regardless of how many misses they have or errors they may make when learning. I also really appreciate his enthusiasm and demeanor with the youth... Wish there were more coaches out there like him! This was my daughter's second year at this camp. She grew a lot from the first one, but really began to understand and implement more with this one. We will be back again next year!
