Coaches and teams need shooters, plain and simple. If you can shoot the ball well and consistently, it will be extremely difficult for a coach to take you off the court. That’s because great shooters spread the floor to make the offensive game easier for EVERY player… where the TEAM scores more points just because you’re on the floor. That’s because your defender can’t help on dribble drives. This gives your teammates more space, more lanes to attack the basket, and more time to score easy baskets. Coaches recognize this and love this and play you more because of it. And if you play in front of college scouts, they notice it too!
