In addition to our [32 NEW Fall Basketball Camps]( I want to remind you about our brand-new opportunity within the Breakthrough Basketball organization:  The Breakthrough Training Academies!  Since announcing the launch, we’ve received questions about this initiative.  So, what exactly is the Breakthrough Academy and why does it help maximize improvement?  Breakthrough Academy is a year-round skill development program that offers players:  1 - Weekly training that guarantees continuous improvement  These are regular, consistent training sessions (1x-2x per week!) that lasts 60 minutes to ensure continuous improvement.  2 - Monthly program that spreads out training costs  This is a monthly program with a monthly fee where you are charged one time each month. That way, you can spread out the costs over each month rather than make one bulk payment.  The payment will be automatic, so you won’t have to worry about spending time each month making the payment.  You can also cancel at any time.  I would say that those are the major differences between our academies and our camps.  Our academies and camps both take a similar approach to maximizing your improvement. Here’s how…  1 - Balanced training approach that maximizes skill development:  Our training approach strikes the perfect balance between 1v0 skill training and group breakdowns (1v1, 2v2, and 3v3)!  In short, this is the best of both worlds. Here’s why:   First, 1v0 training builds confidence, skills, and the ability to practice at home.  In addition to developing confidence and skills, this also allows you to push your limits without the fear of making mistakes in a live play environment.   You can also take these drills home and continue to master your skills by yourself during the week.  And come back each week better than the week before!  Second, playing against other players in game-like environments (1v1, 2v2, 3v3) leads to better game play.  To be frank, I’ve seen kids who looked like absolute studs executing skills in a 1v0 drill without defenders.   Then when you add a defender or put them in a game environment, everything changes…  It looks like they’ve barely touched a basketball!  That’s because passing, getting open, decision-making, seeing the help defense, and attacking live defenders are VERY IMPORTANT SKILLS that are VERY DIFFICULT to master without defenders!  That’s why 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 drills (and other variations) are perfect for this in group training environments…  These small group breakdowns give you enough individual reps shooting, passing, dribbling, and making decisions! That way, you can maximize your improvement.  Third, you get the ball in your hands more often… which is hard in 5v5 games.  Let’s face it, in today’s basketball world there is enough 5v5 play.  And it’s nearly impossible to get enough repetitions to maximize individual improvement.   If you’re lucky, you might touch the ball for 2-3 minutes each 5v5 game.  In these group training sessions, the ball will be in your hands for 30-45 minutes.  Obviously, the game is played 5v5, so it still plays a vital role in development.   However, too much 5v5 can lead to less development… when compared to your peers who strike a balance of 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5.  2 - You save money and it’s more cost-effective:  While private 1 on 1 training has a time and place, the investment in consistent group training gives you more value for less cost!  Because the trainer is working with a group of players, the cost of their time and expertise is spread over the group.   In the end, you’re getting a better (and more fun) learning environment for a fraction of the cost.  With those key benefits in mind, check out our [32 skill development camps this fall]( or our first 6 Breakthrough Training Academies that are located in…  [Litchfield Park, Arizona](  [Frankfort, Illinois](  [West Des Moines, Iowa](  [Rochester Hills, Michigan](  [Las Vegas, Nevada](  [West Salem, Wisconsin](  Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to transform your game!  [View our Fall schedule for 32 Camps & Training Academies]( Â
