Put your faith into action locally with Bread for the World. July 21, 2023 / [SUBSCRIBE]( / [FACEBOOK]( / [TWITTER]( [Pastor Sarah Robinson: A Faithful Voice on Climate Change and Hunger]( Climate change figures prominently in the ministry of Pastor Sarah Robinson of Audubon Park Church in Orlando, Florida and in her work as a Bread advocate. Creation care—stewardship of God’s creation—is an integral part of Christian discipleship, and climate change is a quintessential failure to fulfill stewardship responsibilities. SPOTLIGHT As members of Congress return to their home states and districts for the month of August, Bread advocates are gearing up for the next phase of our farm bill campaign: local actions. Put your faith into action locally with Bread for the World and [help pass a faithful farm bill!]( [Make a gift today and have it multiplied x3!]( With the farm bill set to expire on September 30th, we only have a few months to make our voices heard and demand legislation that provides food assistance for millions. Because this moment is so urgent, a group of generous Bread donors have stepped up to match every gift from now until July 31st. We need your help to secure the future of these life-changing programs. Make a gift today and have it multiplied x3! DEEP DIVE [Food Insecurity Increased in Rural and Urban Communities]( According to the State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World 2023 (SOFI) report, global hunger is still higher than it was before the pandemic.
