We're still working to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Thank you for supporting Bramble Berry as we take all the necessary precautions for COVID-19 while shipping out essential soap and hygiene supplies. We’re spending a minimum of 3 hours a day cleaning our warehouse. Employees are also working in smaller staggered shifts to minimize contact. That does delay your boxes being packed, but protecting our customers starts with protecting our staff. We're going above and beyond to make sure our staff stays healthy before, during, and after shipping your orders. Since we sell soap and hygiene supplies, we are doing everything we can to ensure that your supplies make it to you. I am proud of our team for continuing to work hard during these times, and I am thankful for your continued support. We understand your need to make soap, stay creative, relieve stress, and keep your small businesses going. We’re happy to be a part of your creative journey, and maybe even a moment of joy in your day. These days when things change by the moment, we feel it right alongside you. What does the new normal look like? Or when will it show up again? We know it will, but until we’re certain about it, we’re going to talk to you often and transparently because you are important to us and we are important to each other. We’re here for you - feel free to email info@brambleberry.com anytime with anything you want. There has never been a more important time to make what you make. Keep washing your hands friends, Anne-Marie and the Bramble Berry team FAQs: - How do I know that my box is safe? We’ve implemented shorter staggered shifts, increased disinfection procedures, and maintained a healthy work crew with no positive COVID-19 tests. If you are concerned, the latest research shows that the virus only lives up to 1 day on boxes and up to 3 days on plastics, so you can wait a few days before opening it to be extra careful. UPS has more information on the subject - [click here to learn more.]( - How is Bramble Berry holding up? Our number one concern has been to balance the health and safety of our team while shipping essential hygiene supplies to our customers. We have a relatively young staff and we’re a very nimble and small organization. With safety precautions in place, customers have been experiencing longer than average delays to get orders. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we keep our staff safe during this transitional time period. Handmade bath & beauty projects are the perfect way to stay busy at home.
