BREAKING: Supreme Court will hear ‘ghost guns’ case

The gun lobby first took the case to a federal judge in Texas, who sided with the gun lobby and struck down the rule. The Justice Department appealed to the Fifth Circuit, a court dominated by Trump-appointees, which upheld the decision in Texas. Now, the Supreme Court has just announced that it will hear the case and we at Brady will fight with all we have to make sure this life-saving rule remains in effect. The gun lobby would rather let Americans die than allow firearm regulations to address our modern realities and Brady is fighting tooth and nail to stop them.
