Mass shootings decreased during the decade of the assault weapons ban from 1994-2004 and had an immediate and steep increase after it expired We must end this cycle of carnage. We've taken action in the past, and it’s time to do it again. We can promote healing in our communities with legislation that centers on saving Americans.
