this isn’t a happy story [Brady PAC]( {NAME}, Last Friday, witnesses alerted police to a man behaving strangely in the parking lot of Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington State. Police then arrested the man for unlawful possession of a weapon. The 31-year-old suspect loaded two pistols and approached witnesses, asking where the over 25,000 concertgoers would be exiting the venue. A potential mass shooting was narrowly avoided, and no one at the music festival lost their life to gun violence that night. But this isn’t a “feel good” story. If it had not been for the vigilance of these few witnesses, Grant County, WA, could have been next on the list of tragic mass shootings in the U.S., following number 423. No one’s school, church, grocery store, movie theater, or music festival is immune to the tragedy and bloodshed Americans are forced to endure every day. Gun extremism is destroying our country and our ability to feel safe. We NEED your help to fight back. Americans have been traumatized and forced into hypervigilance because as long as the NRA continues dictating our country’s gun policies, and how we all live, we will never be safe from gun violence. The NRA is spending a fortune to make sure we NEVER get the common-sense gun safety policies that our lives and communities need. Our gun safety candidates are taking them on in Congress, but they need our support to keep fighting. [Can you rush a $10 donation to help protect our majority and kick the NRA out of the Capitol?
