Our product team has been hard at work on a handful of bugs fixed, improvements, and impactful updates. Here is what’s new:  🚀 Enhance your Chatbot Experience with New Live Chat Updates  From a fresh new design, a smoother animation to a new file sharing option and more, these Live Chat updates bring a seamless conversational experience and let you chat with your customers the way they want.  We love to stay fresh so this is not the end of the list, stay tuned for more updates about Live Chat coming soon!  #  [Explore more about new Live Chat](  #  ⚡️ Improvements  - We improved the bot-building experience by adding real-time notifications when you’ve gone offline or are having issues with an Internet connection. Your work is safe and sound. - We all make mistakes sometimes. If you face trouble trying to publish bots to your website, you should see our signs telling you whether your bot has been published successfully. If not then why. - You can now be able to query items in the CMS API with specific conditions. Search an item by its name, status, or is (= value), to name just a few. 🔥 Bug Fixes  - We fixed some issues with the canvas that caused navigating blocks in BotStar to be difficult. Building bots with BotStar should be good fun, shouldn’t be difficult. - We tackled the issue of showing all templates without refreshing the page. It must run smoothly like this from the first place. - There were a few little bugs that came up when you published bots. We fixed those. - Some small but important bugs fixed and improvements are listed in our Product updates [here](. 💡Upcoming feature: CSV import in CMS Importing heavy content to CMS will no longer be bothersome and time-consuming with the upcoming CSV Import feature.
