To view this email as a web page, go [here.]( Happy, happy Tuesday, everybody! I’m up in Michigan for an awesome event with Markay Latimer tonight, who is on vacation! I was a little jealous so I hopped a jet and crashed her vacation! (Just for a little while, Markay, don’t worry!) Anyway, we’re gonna be talking about her 52 Trades to Retirement strategy, and [you can register to join us here](. It’s gonna be a great time! We’ll see you at 7:30 PM tonight! Oh, and if you’re in the mood for our weekly free training, it’s our friend Mike Burnick again this week! He’ll be teaching on How the RSI and MACD Drive Money-Making Trades and he’s starting in just an hour! [Click here to join him now.]( Now I want to do a brief dive into Ephesians and then a brief thought on a word of trading advice that I’ve been chewing on… Ephesians 1: 11-14 11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory. This is a beautiful passage and it goes along with everything we’ve been saying throughout Ephesians. You were chosen by God. I understand that the word “predestination” has created a lot of arguments throughout the history of Christianity. But we don’t have to dwell on that world to recognize that God chose us. Think about that famous passage from Jeremiah: “before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” Or even later in Jeremiah, “‘for I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord.” God knows us and he has always known us and he chooses us. That’s incredibly powerful. But as we keep saying, it’s also a mission. That’s why he’s sealed us with the Holy Spirit, to help us fulfill his mission here! And for those of us who are blessed with a lot, that can mean helping others with our money. Even for those of us who don’t have a ton of money, though, it means not being selfish and helping those around us! So whenever you’re having a tough day, remember: you were chosen. And whenever you feel alone, remember: the Holy Spirit is with you. That’s a pretty powerful 1-2 punch of awesomeness! Now, I want to give you a really deep piece of trading advice before we go: Here it is: Are you ready for it? I don’t think you are… But I’m gonna drop it on you, anyway: Don’t place a trade… unless it’s a trade… Now, that’s the kind of advice I normally reserve for people that pay me a billion dollars a word, but I’ll give it to you for free because I love you so much. Just kidding, of course! It’s a silly, silly sentence. But that doesn’t mean it’s not true. If you follow me on Youtube or really anywhere for that matter, you know I’m obsessed with a Chinese company called Pinduoduo, or PDD, that I think is bound to collapse eventually. But this morning, it looked set to open over $100 per share, meaning I was set to lose over $11,000 on my long term put. Now, this story actually has a happy ending, because the rest of PDD’s day looked like this… That made Robby a happy boy. But before that, I was kicking myself and here’s why: PDD was never a trade I would have recommended to anyone else. In my Exotics Club, the stock was on our watch list, but it had never fired even so much as a bearish profit circle to tell us, “hey, this looks ready to trade.” So why did I place this trade? Because I was determined to be the smartest one in the room! And that’s how we get ourselves in a lot of trouble. We think we’re going to outsmart the market or the chart or, well, anything really… But we only end up outsmarting ourselves. Because a trade isn’t a trade until it tells us it’s a trade. So keep that in mind. It may seem silly but it’s good advice. Now that you’ve read that, you’re that much closer to Mike’s free training on RSI and MACD. [Don’t forget to join him here](. And I’ll see those of you who want to join me and Markay tonight. Can’t wait! Love the heck outta you, Rob Leveraged trading in foreign currency or off-exchange products on margin carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
