That explains a lot about me. When I was a kid, I lost three fingers on my left hand in a meat grinding accident while working in our familyâs butcher shop. I donât even remember putting my hand thereâbut I damn sure remember pulling it out. Hereâs why Iâm telling you this: Just like my $12 flattop haircut and my dirt-stained t-shirts, my background is a big part of the reason I remain grounded and focused on defending Montana. Iâm a proud dirt farmer trying to do whatâs right for the people in my state and across the country.
