Despite the tough midterm environment in 2022, Will was the third most “overperforming” Dem challenger in the country. He was also heavily outspent by the GOP’s dark money machine. If Democrats help Will keep pace, he can flip this seat! 4. Will’s opponent Ken Calvert has got to go. Calvert voted to overturn the 2020 presidential election. He backs the extreme ban on abortion -- including for instances of rape, and wants doctors who perform them to go to jail. CA-41 is home to one of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in Palm Springs, yet Calvert staunchly opposes gay marriage. The rematch is on, folks.
