Black women in politics historically raise only one-third of the amount that white candidates raise, and that gap is even wider in Maryland. The candidates I’ve been running against have raised 697% more money than I have in this election. Recent polls show this race is a true toss-up with Larry Hogan and I tied. I’ve been having to prove people wrong my entire life, and I’m ready to meet this moment and defeat Larry Hogan — but I’m going to need your help.
