I worked any job I could get to support the family. I slept on the floor, on the couch, on a roll-out mattress. I got into Harvard with no money, no connections. I fought in Iraq. And now, I’m running for the U.S. Senate in Arizona. I believed it when I was a kid, and I believe it now: Anything is possible in the United States of America. But there is no denying that the American Dream feels out of reach for far too many. Kari Lake won’t fix that, and Trump won’t either.
