He said we need new legislation from Congress to protect it. But Josh Hawley voted against the Right to IVF Act anyway. This is the second time Hawley has refused to support real efforts to protect IVF in the Senate, and he says it’s all because it’s part of an “abortion agenda”. You and I both know that IVF isn’t abortion, and neither is birth control. But Hawley isn’t like you and me. He is on a career-long crusade against reproductive freedom. And don’t forget: Hawley pioneered the legal arguments that led to closures of IVF clinics in Alabama, and that now threaten IVF access across the country. Josh Hawley’s extremism is putting the future of Missouri families in jeopardy. I’m running to replace Hawley in the U.S. Senate because I want everyday Missourians to have the power to decide how to build their families. In addition to protecting IVF, I want to codify Roe v. Wade, end Missouri’s total abortion ban, and put a stop to the creepy Big Brother attacks on reproductive rights by control-obsessed politicians like Hawley once and for all.
