This map shows Wisconsin could very well be the tipping point state. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ You're getting this message because you’ve supported good causes and Democratic candidates. We need your support to continue fighting for our democracy. We love having you in our network, but if you no longer wish to hear from us, you can[unsubscribe here](. [{NAME}, I’m about to ask you to chip in $25 to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and Blue Amp Action. Grassroots supporters chipping in $25, or whatever they can, give our organization the consistent resources we need to get ahead of fire drills and far-right extremism.]( But let me explain the stakes with a hypothetical: On Election Night, the Republican presidential candidate has an early lead in Wisconsin but thousands of absentee ballots have yet to be counted. The rest of the nation watches, waiting for Wisconsin to determine the outcome of another presidential race. Then, for whatever reason, the nation is waiting on the electoral votes in Wisconsin to call the entire presidential election. There could be a scenario where GOP officials and far-right pundits alike push to call the election for the Republican candidate, Donald Trump. {NAME}, our entire team would be on high alert. Our organizing and analytics teams would be hard at work crunching the numbers and determining whose votes could be jeopardized. Our political and voter protection teams would build the case to reject hasty rulings and make sure every single vote is counted before hastily calling an election. Our communications team would spread the message far and wide, brief me on how to best message this moment, and help Democrats best advocate to count all votes. Our digital team would amplify all of this important work and send messages directly to the Wisconsin voters affected. If we fail, folks nationwide would watch in despair. You and I would think back to this moment where we had a chance to prepare for every obstacle the far-right would throw our way. {NAME}, we can’t risk a scenario like this playing out. The bottom line is election-winning operations are not built in one single moment before an election. They’re enduring movements that need continued resources and investment. To be honest, we’re short of our monthly donor goals and we’ll only hit them with the help of dedicated Democrats like you reading this scenario. [You have an opportunity to join this movement and help make sure the worst case scenario doesn’t happen on election night in Wisconsin. Can you answer my call and chip in a $25 split donation between WisDems and Blue Amp Action? Your support will go so far to help us keep the White House blue and elect Democrats up and down the ballot >>]( [DONATE NOW]( We won’t be able to win without your support. Thank you, {NAME}. Ben Wikler, WisDems Chair Cliff Schecter President, Blue Amp Action Amplify Good About BlueAmp Action: We cannot sugarcoat the current situation. Right-wing authoritarianism, defeated by a worldwide coalition during WWII, was only in hibernation. Over the past decade it has infected democratic societies--including ours. It is as simple as it is terrifying: What we do now will define the future of our country and world. We at Blue Amp Action are dedicated to liberal, open societies, where reason and science are applied to solve our problems; where civil rights--including voting rights!--are protected for all. We fight for these values every day. Speaking up on our platforms, raising the voices and the political prospects of liberal pols and pundits. So we ask that you support our work, so we can continue to engage in this fight every moment of every day. So our kids grow up in democracy, not dystopia. Thank you for your support for all we do!
