During my 40 years of service I had the opportunity to travel the world and experience so much. In the end, the greatest gift was being able to retire back home to Georgia and become a farmer again. My father passed away when I was young but he was a farmer. After he passed, the community stepped up to work our family farm. They took my siblings and I under their wing until we were old enough to handle it ourselves. Those experiences ingrained in me the values of hard work, dedication, community, and love of the land. Farming here in North Georgia means dealing with a pretty wide range of demands. Recently, I got a herd of cattle and I’m diving into the work of caring for them from managing their grazing areas to ensuring their well-being. Growing up on a farm cultivates a strong work ethic, and I’m eager to bring those values to Washington. It is my belief that our nation needs representatives who understand the essence of hard work and commitment. Unfortunately, a strong work ethic is not something we’re getting from Marjorie Taylor Green, who currently holds this Congressional seat. If you agree that we could use more hard work from Congress, I could use your help. MTG, whatever her work ethic, has a lot of powerful and wealthy friends. What I have is a nationwide team of regular people. I know we can conquer this incumbent, but the proof is in the pudding. Together, we can champion those values of hard work, dedication, and community. Your contribution will help us amplify our message and meet voters to make a meaningful difference. Cliff Schecter President, Blue Amp Action Amplify Good About BlueAmp Action: We cannot sugarcoat the current situation. Right-wing authoritarianism, defeated by a worldwide coalition during WWII, was only in hibernation. Over the past decade it has infected democratic societies--including ours. It is as simple as it is terrifying: What we do now will define the future of our country and world. We at Blue Amp Action are dedicated to liberal, open societies, where reason and science are applied to solve our problems; where civil rights--including voting rights!--are protected for all. We fight for these values every day. Speaking up on our platforms, raising the voices and the political prospects of liberal pols and pundits. So we ask that you support our work, so we can continue to engage in this fight every moment of every day. So our kids grow up in democracy, not dystopia. Thank you for your support for all we do!
