We can’t sit back and watch anymore. We are witnessing the biggest set of voting rights rollbac

We can’t sit back and watch anymore. [Blue America Project] {NAME}, Here’s the situation: Georgia Republicans just approved a bill repealing no-excuse absentee voting — limiting weekend early voting, making it harder to vote by mail, and restricting ballot drop boxes. 1.3 million Georgia voters used this law to cast ballots by mail in 2020. Republicans know they can’t hold power in Georgia unless they suppress voter turnout. This is a shameful power grab. But it gets even worse: The latest bill in Georgia is a part of a Republican national effort to attack the voting rights of millions of Americans, especially in Black and brown communities. 43 states are on the verge of passing 253 voter suppression bills — a coordinated power grab to win both chambers of Congress and the White House. In short, our voting rights are on the chopping block, {NAME}. [That’s why it’s imperative that Congress swiftly pass the For the People Act — a bill that will nullify all of these blatant attacks on our democracy — and create the largest expansion of voting rights in decades. Add your name to call on Congress to protect our democracy ]( [DEMAND CONGRESS PASS THE FOR THE PEOPLE ACT ]( We are witnessing the biggest set of voting rights rollbacks since the Jim Crow era. No one can afford to sit on the sidelines during this unprecedented attack on voting rights. We have a chance to stop Republicans and make real progress in the fight to defend our voting rights-- but only if we make our voices heard loud and clear. [Make your voice heard by signing our petition demanding Congress pass the For the People Act immediately ]( Thanks for your support, Blue America Project   [SIGN THE PETITION](  Paid for by Blue America Project, and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.
