This election is crucial for women. [Blue America Project] Dear {NAME}, On the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment and women’s constitutional right to vote, the current President is waging a campaign of voter suppression that threatens the future of our democracy. November’s Presidential election will be one of the most consequential in our lifetime. Today, we reflect on what women can achieve when they use their voices to create meaningful change for themselves — and for their communities. Women don’t just make up some of the voters in the United States, women make up the majority of voters in the United States. In fact, in 2018, over half of women (55%) eligible to vote, did. Ushering in a historic number of women elected to Congress, the most in our nation’s history. That’s why our work at Blue America Project is so important. By targeting hard to reach voters in swing districts and states across the country, we can: protect our progressive majority in the House, regain Democratic control in the Senate, and help elect the first Black woman to the executive branch in our Nation’s history by electing Kamala Harris as Vice-President. [But we can’t do all of that without your help. Democrats are being outspent online, which makes our mission even more critical. Will you pitch in $3 or more right now to help us close the digital divide and win in November?]( [Votes for Women!]( When we say that this is the most important election of our lifetime, it couldn’t be more true for women. White women continue to earn just 72 cents to every dollar a white man makes, and it’s even less for Black and Latinx women; but women make up nearly two-thirds of minimum wage workers, most of whom have no access to paid time off. Even though more women than ever serve in Congress and in boardrooms, most women are a paycheck, a doctor’s bill, or a broken down car away from economic ruin. And at a time when access to affordable healthcare is more needed than ever, the Republican Party seems hellbent on chipping away at reproductive freedom and LGBTQ rights - going as far as confirming a man who was accused of sexual assault on the Supreme Court. [But the work is far from over. That’s why we’re asking you to pitch in $3 or what you can to help us close the digital gap and elect progressive Democrats in November ]( 100 years ago, brave women showed us what was possible when we stand together and fight hard for what is right. Together with your help, we can build a stronger, more just, and more equitable future for all. Fight on - Blue America Project.  [Donate]( Paid for by Blue America Project, and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.
