Hey {NAME}! I've been super transparent with you about my struggle with motivation lately, and honestly... it hasn't gotten much better. But recently, I realized something. I realized that over the years, I've been through many different eras of movement: Pilates of course, weight lifting, running, dance, and pretty much everything in between. Right now, I'm in [a slower season of fitness](. For a while, I felt like fitness was on the back burner while I spent more time nurturing the intense growth of POPFLEX and Blogilates brands. And maybe that's true to some extent, but my body is also asking me to get back on the mat to release tension and restore some flexibility. It's asking for slow, so that's where I am! Btw, I'm using the new [Moody Rainbow mat]( from POPFLEX, and it's sparking some serious joy! [SHOP YOGA MATS]( Introducing, The Supershort™ Okay, so this might be the launch I'm most excited about this summer?! Well at least so far 😉. The [all-new Supershort™]( is here and ready for all of our summer adventures. I designed these to be THE go-to for a run, studio workout, hike, trip to Trader Joe's, or getting coffee with a friend. The colors? A blend of neutral and soft pastels. I really wanted to hit all of the must-haves with these shorts! They're high-waisted with a stretchy, comfy waistband and have built-in anti-cameltoe bike shorts with deep pockets. And the flowy outer layer was a must because shorts need to move WITH you. No awkward bunching as you walk. So what do you think?! Which color are you grabbing? [SHOP SHORTS]( NEW on Blogilates.com!
